Empower-Urself is an independent coaching and consulting practice led by an ICF-Professional Certified and Systemic Team Coach, offering professional coaching programs for individuals, leaders, teams, and organizations, ensuring globally aligned, ethical, and evidence-based coaching standards. This brings depth, rigor, and credibility to every engagement. As 2026 goals, we are aligning work with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, specifically: SDG 8 – Decent Work & Economic Growth and SDG 3 – Good Health & Well-Being. Through coaching-led development journeys, I support individuals, leaders, teams, and organisations in creating psychologically safe, ethical, and sustainable work environments. The practice focuses on leadership development, self-awareness, communication, and navigating transitions through structured coaching engagements and reflective conversations. While coaching is offered to individuals and professionals, training and facilitation programs are delivered exclusively for corporate and team contexts. Empower-Urself works with clients across individual, team, and organizational levels, supporting clarity, alignment, and sustainable growth through ethical, globally aligned coaching practices. Navigating a leadership transition, team challenges, or a personal reinvention, I help them lead and live with far more intention.

Identify where your expectations are really coming from 2. Learn the difference between healthy expectations and draining ones 3. Understand why “letting go” feels difficult 4. Explore practical ways to deal with uncontracted expectations Sign up for a free Webinar and giveaways. https://bit.ly/signup-ED
